Farhan yang romantis~!!! (Dan hal-hal lain)

Hepi besdei Aishah~!!!

Well, walopon die sekadar watak pipih dalam idop aku, tapi post ini juger adalah berkenaan beliau maka aku pon wish, hehe~

Nway, semalam che' ikut Paan pie book hang punya besdei plan. Romatikus betulla katak milik ko, Kak Chah~!

"Rokok dah 14 batang abes, biler nak masuknyer lahabau?!" - Smik yang kelaparan

"Mestila nak tempah untuk awek kak, takkan kawan pulak~" - Paan membedis soalan kurang bijak dari akak bartender

Candlelight dinner for two siap dengan live band lagi. Cair~

All the best untuk Farhan, and again, happy belated birthday, Aishah~!!!

On other note, malam pulak NymQ gie kontes melukis untuk majalah UTP. Pergh~! Rase cam nak gonyoh-gonyoh jer muker Smik yang memberi galakan. Kalo aku tau dak-dak UTP gempaxxx amat, takde aku nak gigih buat-buat pandai gie join!

"Ko kalo dah tau tak gempak datang nape?" - Meen memberikan nasihat ikhlas buat NymQ. NymQ terima seadanya~

Oh, walopon die sangat comel (Bak kate En A), tapi jangan pandang rendah akan gadis ini. Dia adalah MahaDewa komik! Sayang tollah tak clear gambo nih!

"Tegar je aku, NymQ!" - Arip

Dah abes~! Yesss~! Pergh lukisan sekor-sekor! Pergh!!!

Aldo NymQ yakin takkan terpilih, but it was a nice experience for me. Tak sangker ramai yang kreatif and minat melukis komik gak~

All in all, I had a great time. Semoga majalah yang akan kuar nanti sukses~

Muker konfiden... Konfiden kalah!

Perhatian untuk pemandu-pemandu Kancil di luar sana, the only difference between your life and death in a Kancil is your road ethic, DO NOT depend on your car!!!

Okieslah, nak ke Sports Toto jap~ Nak tikam 5914 ngan 9362...

Nauzubillah!!!

Till then,
Ciao~!

Ke karaoke ku karok

Okies, ini entry saje2. Sekadar menayang keriangan rakan-rakan time karok arituh. Aku rase ni la first time aku karok majoriti lagu pop yang tidak dikuasai oleh Iklim, Slam, Wings tetapi Westlife, NSync dan... Ramlah Ram.

Matilah, yang penting puas! Haha~!

"I wanna hold you hand, I wanna hold your hand~!" Nyanyi kanak-kanak riang dalam keadaan kekok sebab semua jantan. Kelihatan saudara Iffat masih tersipu-sipu malu nak pegang mic.

"Hingga akhir nanti~" saudara Karim begitu khusyuk menyanyikan lagu Alleycats sambil En Bert mein gitar angin~

Iffat bile dah naik syeikh~ Ni dua ekor ni ahli kumpulan nasyid mane ntah nih?! Ishk2~ Kene report Jaffa nih~

Nyesal tak nyanyi lagu 'Kain putih' tadi....hish~

"Mane air limau nih?! Dah ala-ala Tara Reid dah suara aku nih... Mamak!!! Mamak!!!" - En Achan

Kesimpulan - Esok lusa jom karok lagi. Kali ni Siti Nurhaliza sepam!!!

Till then,
Ciao~!

Yang aku tahu~

Ahhh~!!! Cuti 5 hari, mane tak best? Tapi banyak betol l aperkara-perkara terjadik minggu nih... Let's update news sket kengkawan pekeliling!

Lahabau betollah! Dah la tengah sempit nih, makin mengempis poket aku!

Detail berkenaan kemalangan tersebut terjadi ialah:-

1)Kereta paling hadapan main gempar-gempar, brek megejut.

Mengalami gegaran otak...

Berita-berita lain:-

1) M8 melawat Langkawi. Main sepak-sepak pasir kat tepi pantai Pasir Hitam pon best kan?

Blajo dah nak muler dah~!!! (down tak dengo ayat nih?)

Till then,
Ciao~!

Pasar malam pertama sem final

Pantang betul aku bile diajak ke pasar malam, bak pantang dijemput menyertai program Jemputan Umrah TV9. Tengah syiok melantak nasi ayam V5 sambil melayan Desperate Housewives episod 513, Smak menjenguk drastik ke dalam bilik aku sambil membuat muke cine bukit, mengajak aku keluar.

Smik - "Jom, Temah. Kuo."
NymQ - "Takpelah, Jenab. Aku sebok nih (sebok makan)"

Tapi, nak cer sket la, mamak murtabak tu kedekut sih!

Pasar malam je nox, abes dekat RM40 jugek aku malam tu.

Paling best, balik demam...

Ape-ape hal, nasi ayam kene abeskan dulu. Kemudian murtabak, kemudian makanan cocok-cocok...

... Errr, ni ke proses menguruskan badan? Semestinye tidak~!!!

Blackout UTP

Daripada terpekik-pekik, baik korang gigit je tapak kasut

Mungkinkah kurang didikan adab sopan?

"WARGGGGHHHHH~!!!!"
"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~~~~!!!!"
"F*ck!!!"
dan bermacam-macam lagi perkataan-perkataan indah terpacul dari mulut masing-masing.

Aku tidak hipokrit, aku mengaku aku juga berbunyi kalau tiba-tiba PC aku terpadam 'plup' tatkala seronok melihat Britney Spears tergedik-gedik atas meja kaca bernyanyi-nyanyi "Womanizer, woman, womanizer, you're a womanizer" tapi tidaklah sampai suara aku dikuatkan volumenya sehingga terdengar dek jiran-jiran tetangga.

Harapan aku satu sahaja, tolonglah... Nama saja pelajar universiti, perangai mengalahkan orang sawan babi.

Jangan jadi monyet.

Gambar contoh

Terima kasih.

Welcome back to UTP~!!!

"Selamat datang~!!!" - Manager Bahagian Keselamatan UTP

I am back in UTP, y'all! Hmmm, sikit seronok, sikit sedih cuti dah abis but paling penting skali sangat chuak cos this is my final semester in UTP~!!!

Amiiin~

Nway, my first days in UTP started with a major shock this night (dated 17 jan 09) because... Well, you read the rest.

Bayangkan ah, ko tengah makan nih, and you are sitting at the table in v5 cafe. Ko tengokla kedai baru bukak nih, usha punye usha nak check menu. Sekali tengah-tengah usha tu terpandang muker familiar.

Eh? Betul ke tak ape aku nampak nih? Macam nak kenal tapi... Macam bukan je...

Aku pon ade satu lagi perangai malu nak tego orang, kang silap terkulat-kulat aku kang. So aku makan la dengan gaya sopan, sambil dok perhati si empunya tubuh badan yang saling tak tumpah macam orang yang ko kenal.

Sekali tengah makan punyer makan, aku ditepuk. Mak aih! Sah! Paklang aku maaa~!!! Pergh, nampak mudenyer Paklang aku nih, I thought he was 18 or 19 something, sebab tu tak berani tego.

Haha! Terkojut boghuk eden, sampai berpeluh-peluh! (ditambah makanan yang pedas) Sekali die pon perasan aku daaa, dengan berat badan yang bertambah macam badak ni pon die leh kenal. Hehe, rase bersalah betul dekat die, pak sedare jugak yang nak kene tego anak sedare. Ish, tak gune punye aku!

Paklang is working with Paklong actually. Paklong meniaga yong tau foo. Banyak dah yong tau foo Paklong bukak kat Mesia nih, salah satunye ade kat Tronoh ni gak time pasar malam. Akhirnye masuk jugek ke dalam UTP ye? Hehe~

So korang-korang semua silelah melawat gerai baru Yong Tau Foo yeh? Seyes best, kalo tak takdelah bukak merata-rata. It is delicious~!!! =)

Okies, guys. Can't wait to meetcha and start the semester! Happy belajaring~!!!

Ganbatte!!!

"Ya, saye sudah bersedia untuk belajar~!!!" - Pelajar gigih

Stop the war~!!! (UTP version)

My sister came home from school crying one day, she told me the school showed them a video during the assembly, issues regarding Palestine-Israel. It was touching, hurtful and definitely cruel.

Imagine okay? Korang nampak sorang budak perempuan, ikat tocang comel, galas beg baru balik probably dari tadika. Terkedek-kedek berjalan nak balik umah. The school hall went "Alaaa, kiutnye~"

Seyes, budak ni memang comel. Dalam 6-7 tahun kot. Pipi pon tembam lagi.

Then tetibe ade bom jatuh betul-betul depan die! Nampak die terkejut, suprised, shocked. She was so shocked, she cried, menangis, pusing ke belakang pergi tepi dinding bangunan, sambil tutup telinga.

Satu hall sekolah jadik senyap. Adik aku pegang tangan kawan die. Sejuk.

As if itu maseh tak cukup jahat lagi ape yang Israel buat, then another thing happened. Sambil dak ni dok nanges sesorang, muncul askar-askar Israel kejar die. Anak kecik ni lari. And that very monet, the soldiers shot her. Many times.

And that poor innocent girl is dead. How soulless are the soldiers?

Sometimes I wonder if Obama was given the video and said "Imagine this is Malia or Sasha," what will be his reaction, and most importantly, action? Hopefully he won't continue what that monkey is doing now.

Aldo I definitely know this is just to show our concern with no impact will be taking places, I am proud of the efforts and the supports given. Sebolehnye memangla kite nak buat kat luar, panggil jugek masyarakat Tronoh (even kalo boleh nak wat kat Ipoh ha~! Baru orang tahu) but at least we are doing something. Kite patut tunjukkan yang memang kekejaman itu berlaku di Palestin dan kite tak menyokongnye, at least we are doing better efforts than some people who know but don't even care to do anything. Dok umah peram telo/tembikai~

Perhimpunan dilakukan selepas solat Jumaat

Thanx dengan pihak UTP yang sangat supportive!

Demonstrasi dilakukan dari Masjid ke Chancellor Complex

Ceramah

Golongan syahid awal... Cet~!

Ramai yang join, even ade orang luar (mostly yang stay pas semayang Jumaat). Pihak management pon join. Foreigners jugek.

Kalo sempat memang nak join sekali, huhu~ But NymQ sampai pon dah pukol lapan malam. But again, this is our way of showing that we do not support the war to keep on gooing, and I am proud of UTPians who went down and joined.

Oh ya, kalo kamu ade blog, amek ye stamp kat bawah tu? Show your support.

Till then,
Ciao~!

Golden Globe Award best dressed!!!

Melissa George is my personal favorite! She won me with this elegant yet fresh dress. Love the black and white combination, giving a clean expression. Sophisticated glamorous!!! I can see a trend coming.

More best dressed, come here!

On the other hand, this girl Freida Pinto hurts my eyes with shaggy, unfinished-curtain dress! And the color, I can't decide between mustard or curry powder! Her dress alone destroys her beautiful face and exquisite accessories~

It was listed in 'The best Dress', I don't agree. What do you think?

More worst dressed, come here!

Somebody should kill Renee Zellweger! From her top to bottom, all wrong!!! She deserves the first spot. Oh yeah, Anne Hathaway looks marvelous, how is she put in worst dressed?

Oh yeah, although her dress is awful, I love Christina Applegate's floral Lorraine Schwartz necklace.

Feed your eyes, peeps!
Till then,
Ciao~!

AP reporter watches Israeli strike destroy own home on YouTube

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip – I live alone in my office. My wife and two young children moved in with her father after our apartment was shattered. The neighborhood mosque, where I have prayed since I was a child, had its roof blown off. All the government buildings on my beat have been obliterated.

After days of Israeli shelling, the city and life I have known no longer exist.

Gaza City, with some 400,000 people, stopped supplying water when the fuel ran out for the power station driving the pumps. We listen to battery-run radios for news, even though the outside world watches what's happening to us on television. The Hadi grocery where we once shopped is closed. Food is scarce all over town.

Three days after Israel began its airstrikes against Hamas militants on Dec. 27, my apartment building was shaken by bombs aimed at a nearby Hamas-run government compound.

My brother took a picture of the room where my boys, 2-year-old Hikmet and 6-month-old Ahmed, once slept. Their toys were broken, shrapnel had punched through the closet and the bedroom wall had collapsed. I don't know if we will ever go back.

There are other pictures that haunt me. The Israeli army issued a video of the bombing of the Hamas-run government compound, which it posted on YouTube. In it, I also can see my home being destroyed, and I watch it obsessively.

Some of my colleagues lost their houses to the shelling as well, and are sleeping on mattresses spread across the floors of an apartment upstairs from The Associated Press bureau.

On Tuesday, I stood outside my apartment building but didn't dare enter. I was worried the remains of the nearby compound might again be shelled.

Othman, the owner of the Addar restaurant where my wife and I bought takeaway when we were both working, put up aluminum sheeting over the broken windows to stop looters. On the pavement, phone and power lines were tangled together like twine.

Driving to central Gaza City, I took the road where Gaza's two main universities are. It was covered with shards of glass, telephone cables, electricity wires and flattened cars. This road was once crowded with students, taxis and street vendors.

The Mazaj coffee shop on Omar Mukhtar street, Gaza's main thoroughfare, was shuttered. It was popular with wealthy university students and foreigners working for nonprofit agencies because it served really good Guatemalan coffee — rumored to have been smuggled in through the same tunnels under the Egyptian border the militants used to bring in weapons.

Al Dera, a beautiful hotel on the Mediterranean shore, was a place where young men and women smoked water pipes and flirted, and where families went for dinner on Thursdays.

Those days are gone now.

On Tuesday, the only shop I found open was the Shifa pharmacy run by my friend Eyad Sayegh. He's an Orthodox Christian, and I stopped to wish him a Merry Christmas — Eastern churches celebrate Christmas on Wednesday.

Eyad told me he forgot it was Christmas.

All the landmark buildings I covered as a reporter have vanished.

The colonial-era Seraya was the main security compound for the succession of Gaza's rulers — the British, Egyptians, Israelis, the Palestinian Authority and then the rival Palestinians of Hamas.

We used to fear the Seraya, where the central jail was. Now it's rubble.

The Al Shuhada mosque on the eastern corner of the compound, where I prayed every day, was one of the few in Gaza with good air conditioning. A local philanthropist who liked Moroccan architecture redecorated the interior with intricate wooden arabesques and Quranic verses etched on the roof. The roof caved in when the Israelis bombed the jail next door.

Of the presidential office overlooking the sea, only a few walls remain. For many Gazans it was a symbol of our statehood, even though President Mahmoud Abbas, who also heads the Fatah movement, hasn't been there since Hamas seized control of the territory in June 2007.

Someone planted a Palestinian flag on the building's remains. The huge gate at the western entrance still stands, giving an illusion of something big behind it.

And across the city, the Parliament house is half destroyed. It used to tower above the Unknown Soldier park and the shops that lined downtown Omar Mukhtar Street.

On Jala Street, one of Gaza's main roads, I saw about 30 boys around a leaky irrigation tap on a traffic island. They were clutching empty soft drink bottles and jerry cans, trying to fill them with water.

Samir, who is 9, told me his family has no water at home and he wanted to bring enough for a bath because he and his brother smell.

That's a problem for most people in Gaza right now.

In my father-in-law's building, residents throw out bags of spoiled food. With no power, refrigerators don't run and fresh food quickly rots.

There were few cars on the roads, and most of those were media cars, ambulances and vehicles packed with civilians. Some looked like they were fleeing, with mattresses tied to the roofs, but who knows where they can go.

Israeli helicopters flew overhead. I heard blasts in the distance. The roads were ripped apart by explosives.

I drove into downtown Gaza, trying to prove to myself I can still do something I have done so often before — drive through my city.

I reached the Catholic Latin Patriarchate School I attended, where my late father — also an AP correspondent — used to bring me every day. The building was undamaged.

I stood in front of it, wondering if I will ever be able to walk my children to this school.

So you say you are defending Israel from Hamas rocket attack, but what the hell you're killing 600++ (and counting) in less than a month just to defend, without you having THAT amount of loss?! And you're still doing it, killing more people in the future!

Of the Palestinians killed since Dec. 27, some 350 were civilians, among them 130 children, according to Palestinian medical officials. Eleven Israelis have been killed, including three civilians, since the offensive began.

This is fair. So fair we should applause to you kind people.

Can you sleep at night thinking that your words, hands and actions had ended hundreds of lives? What kind of a monster are you?!

In Geneva, the international Red Cross said it found four small children alive next to their mothers' bodies in the rubble of a Gaza home hit by Israeli shelling.

I am now bringing this pamphlet when I go shopping, cos I am so lazy to hafal.

Ps- Anybody knows about the new French-Egyptian cease-fire proposal? What does it say?
