Gigih menjadi gagah

As requested by him, here's a post that probably might help you fellas who's trying to do something with your skinny bod.

Di kala orang ramai sibuk menurunkan berat badan, di kala Izza sibuk berpocho-pocho ngan Syaima dan rakan-rakan dalam bilik, di kala Kay gigih mengangkat berat di ruang dapur rumah dan di kala NymQ sensorang berjogging belakang UTP, Kong pulak mempunyai lain rencana yang tak mungkin diikut oleh orang-orang yang ingin mengurangkan jisim badan.

Dalam masa kurang dari sebulan, berat badan jantan kekwat, "tujuh setengah inci" ini mampu menaikkan berat badan sebanyak tujuh kilogram! Rahsia kejayaan beliau terletak pada aktiviti di gym pada sebelah malam setiap dua hari dan pengamalan diet harian yang dipanggil 'formlua'.

Mari kita tengok menu tengah malamnya.

Ingredients:-
Putih telur rebus lima bijik
Pisang berangan dalam 3tiga biji
Madu

Kisar putih telur dan banana sampai menjadik ala-ala smoothies

Untuk menyedapkan menu, anda bolehlah tambahkan sepicit dua madu

Oh yes, this is something quite interesting to read.

According to British researchers, just seven minutes of exercise weekly may prevent diabetes by controlling your blood sugar. Type 2 diabetes affects an estimated 246 million adults worldwide and accounts for 6 percent of all global deaths. People with this condition gradually lose the ability to use insulin to convert food to energy.

Here's the catch: The exercise has to be vigorous. (We're talking on the level of an all-out sprint.) But at seven minutes a pop, I can deal with that! And you don't even have to do those seven minutes all at once, either. In the study, volunteers rode exercise bikes four times a day in 30-second spurts twice a week. After two weeks, subjects had a 23 percent improvement in how effectively their body cleared blood sugar from their bodies.
